A children’s museum is a place of discovery where hands-on activities gives children free rein to explore. It was made with love for families to come together, play and bond in a spacious indoor sanctuary where hands-on activities inspire positive play. Kids are free to wander, wonder and discover in areas designed to foster their creativity, curiosity and imagination. Every visit is unique and all ages are welcome. It’s a relaxed space for good wholesome fun. 8 interactive galleries over 2 floors and 45 hands-on exhibits. There’s just never-ending possibilities and exploration!

Mleiha Archaeological Centre

Mleiha Archaeological Centre is a visitor centre and exhibition based around the history and archaeology of the areas surrounding the village of Mileiha. It sits at the centre of the Paleolandscape of Faya, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2025.

House Of Pearls By Suwaidi Pearls

Nestled in the tranquil fishing village of Al Rams, House of Pearls by Suwaidi Pearls stands as a remarkable testament to tradition and innovation. Established in 2004 by Mr. Abdulla Rashed Al Suwaidi, pearl diver and trader, Suwaidi Pearls restores the legacy and long-forgotten heritage of Arabian Pearls. Welcome to a destination where history, culture, science, and sustainability converge to create an experience like no other.

The Women's Museum

A cultural initiative, unique in the Arab World and the Gulf Region that explores and celebrates the lives and achievements of women of the UAE. The museum aims to discover UAE society through the lives of women past and present. It is a national archive and documentation centre concerned with all aspects of women’s lives and with the historical and social contexts. This contemporary cultural centre explores the activities of Emirati women in the arts, academia, business, culture, politics and society in general.

Coffee Museum

Coffee has always been an important part of Arabic culture. Stop by to discover the origin and legends of coffee and how the coffee bean made its way into the region from the Ethiopian highlands. The museum also showcases the celebration of coffee culture across the globe, as well as the Arabic traditions. Coffee grinders used in the First World War, historical data dedicated to coffee and old brewing pots are just a few of the artefacts on display. Entry is free, with the museum shop on the ground floor.

Sharjah Maritime Museum

Enjoy a day with an extraordinary adventure exploring Sharjah’s interesting marine history and heritage. Explore the astonishing hidden world of deep sea life, the traditional fishing methods, sea songs, pearl diving and trade trips in the United Arab Emirates, a development of the coastal cities that has been going on for over 6,000 years.

Etihad Museum

A dynamic 21st century museum, Etihad Museum is focused on inspiring its visitors with the story of the founding of the UAE. It is located at the very place where the UAE was founded in 1971. Through a unique visitor journey, the various pavilions house experience-driven exhibitions, interactive programmes and education initiatives that explore the chronology of events that culminated in the unification of the Emirates in 1971. The programmes also aim to educate visitors about the nation’s constitution, in particular – the rights, privileges and responsibilities that it bestows upon the people of the UAE.

Bassam Freiha Art Foundation

Bassam Freiha Art Foundation (BFAF) is the sole private art foundation in the Saadiyat Cultural District. It is a non-profit institution established by philanthropist and art collector HE Bassam Said Freiha, who has collected works from the Orientalist art movement for over 50 years. The foundation hosts exhibitions that feature works from his own collection alongside showcasing the collections of regional and international patrons. Free and open for everyone, it is focused on showcasing global, regional and local art collections. It aims to support and nurture emerging talent, inspire dialogue, and to promote art education and public engagement with the arts.

Museum of the Future

The famous landmark, the Museum of the Future (MOTF) gleams in its place. The museum explores how society could evolve in the coming decades using science and technology. Termed a ‘living museum’, it incorporates elements of traditional exhibitions, immersive theatre and themed attractions, so visitors can look beyond the present and towards the future’s limitless possibilities. In this gateway to the world 50 years from now each floor is designed like an expansive, interactive movie set. Topics are the future of space travel and living, climate change and ecology, health, wellness and spirituality. All age groups are welcome.
